What is the One-Stop Service Center (OSSC)?

The Regional Development Agency of Bjelovar-Bilogora County Ltd. and

Town of Bjelovar,

Business Park Bjelovar Ltd.,

Chamber of Commerce Bjelovar,

Chamber of trades and crafts Bjelovar,

Croatian Employment Service - Regional Office Bjelovar,

Tourist Office of Bjelovar-Bilogora County and

Office for Spatial Planning of Bjelovar-Bilogora County

signed an implementation agreement on the 5th April 2011. according to which the Regional Development Agency of Bjelovar-Bilogora County Ltd. is recognized as a member of "promotion team" and promotes direct investment in accordance with the provisions and guidelines of the project "Development of Investment Climate" and agrees to participate and cooperate as a member of the promotional team within the "One Stop Service Centre" as a key body in facilitating the attraction of direct investment in the county, thus contributing to improved business and investment climate in Croatia in general and especially in the Bjelovar-Bilogora County.

› central body with responsibility for coordinating visits of investors at the local and county level and its role is to reduce the number of organizations with which the investor has to contact during the approval process and the launch of its project,
› needs to facilitate communication with these organizations and make the process simple and transparent,
› guide and assist potential investors in obtaining necessary permits, building permits, visas, work permits and other approvals required,
› to reduce or eliminate competition between different organizations or institutions,
› save investors time and resources by adjusting the process of approval and develop a positive attitude toward foreign investment in County and in Croatia.
